So here is the solution which I found after some research, to get rid of this error you just need to simply download and install windows update package which is KB2533623 from microsoft official website.
This is how i fixed dynamic link library kernel32.dll windows 7 error.
- Download Windows update file from this link KB2533623.
- Make sure you download as per your system architecture either 32-bit or 64-bit
- Restart Computer if required
- Try to install the program or driver in my case network driver.
